Their sight, as well as insight has been fractured into a prism, to the point where their ability to appreciate the value of guidance that is speaking to their nature is shattered to such a degree that is beyond repair. In fact to put the pieces together would be such an ordeal, that they begin to accept that such an undertaking would turn out twist their minds into a monstrosity

There is absolutely no evidence that Abraham ever went to Arabia. All of his travels took place in the North, Levant and Egypt. Not in this tiny place called Mecca that noone ever mentioned before Muhammad.

Pharaoh's arrogance and his subsequent downfall are mentioned in several parts of the Quran. His story serves as a powerful lesson in the consequences of pride, defiance against God's guidance, and oppression of others. One of the key verses that highlight Pharaoh's arrogance is from Surah Al-Qasas (28:38): “And Pharaoh said, ‘O Haman, build for me a tower that I might reach the ways, the ways into the heavens, so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar.’' Pharaoh's desire to prove his superiority led him to challenge the message of Prophet Musa (Moses), despite the miracles performed by Moses to demonstrate the power of God. He demanded that a tower be built to reach the heavens, trying to elevate himself above divine authority. In Surah Al-A'raf (7:127-128), Pharaoh’s arrogance is further illustrated when he dismisses the people’s pleas for mercy and continues his oppression: “The chiefs of Pharaoh's people said, ‘Will you leave Moses and his people to spread corruption in the land and abandon you and your gods?’ He said, ‘We will kill their sons and keep their women alive; indeed, we are top in the land.’” Pharaoh's cruelty toward the Israelites and his rejection of divine guidance ultimately led to his downfall. His refusal to humble himself before God, even in the face of repeated signs, sealed his fate. Finally, in Surah Yunus (10:90-92), the Quran describes Pharaoh's demise after he finally acknowledges the power of God when he is drowning: “When they both [Moses and Pharaoh] had an encounter at sea, Moses said, ‘O my Lord, help us.’ Pharaoh was drowning and said, ‘I believe that there is no deity except the one in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of the Muslims.’ But now? And you had disobeyed before and were of the corrupters.” Pharaoh's repentance came too late. His arrogance and refusal to submit earlier led to his destruction. In essence, Pharaoh’s downfall was caused by his arrogance, oppression, and persistent rejection of divine guidance, despite repeated warnings. This theme underscores the moral that pride and tyranny ultimately lead to one’s ruin in the Quran.

it has helped the people be unbreakable and continue to resist. there have been many forms of resistance in palestine and the Middle East as a whole. nationalist, leftists and religious groups and the only ones still operating despite experiancing the worst forms of oppression and genocide are the islamic groups that will never give up because of there faith. that is the power of prayer. israel will end one day. islam will not and so palestine will win.

From a Quranic perspective, the Black Stone holds profound symbolic significance, though the Quran does not specifically mention it by name. However, the broader themes of the Quran regarding sacred symbols and their roles in spiritual devotion provide insights into the significance of the Black Stone. In the Quran, Allah repeatedly emphasizes the sanctity of places of worship and symbols that guide believers toward Him. The Kaaba, as the House of Allah, is mentioned in the Quran as a place of worship, and the Black Stone is deeply associated with this sacred site. While the Quran does not specifically attribute any mystical power to the Black Stone, it is regarded as a symbol of unity and submission to the divine. The act of pilgrims touching or kissing the Black Stone during Hajj is an expression of devotion and servitude to God, as well as a reaffirmation of the unity of the Muslim Ummah in their shared act of worship. In Surah Al-Baqarah (2:158), Allah refers to the Safa and Marwah hills as sacred, encouraging believers to perform the rituals of Hajj as acts of worship. The Black Stone, situated at the Kaaba, can be seen as symbolizing the beginning of the pilgrimage and a direct connection to the sacredness of the Kaaba itself. Its historical and spiritual significance is tied to the practices of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son Isma'il (Ishmael), who built the Kaaba as a center of monotheistic worship. The Black Stone can be viewed symbolically as a reminder of human humility and the need for purification. Pilgrims, in their act of touching or kissing the stone, acknowledge their dependence on Allah and the need for spiritual purification. In this sense, the Black Stone serves as a physical manifestation of the journey toward Allah, aligning with the Quranic concept that worship, prayer, and submission to God are the highest aims of the believer's life. Importantly, the Quran encourages us to focus on the deeper spiritual meanings of our acts of worship. In Surah Al-Hajj (22:26-27), Allah reminds us that the rites of Hajj, including the act of performing tawaf (circumambulation) around the Kaaba, are ultimately about the submission to God alone, and not the veneration of the physical symbols. The Black Stone, like the Kaaba, is a symbol that directs the believer’s heart toward God, and the true significance lies in the spiritual intention and sincerity behind the act, rather than any inherent mystical properties of the stone itself. Thus, the Black Stone can be understood as a powerful symbol that connects Muslims to the prophetic tradition, the unity of the Ummah, and, most importantly, to their devotion to Allah. It serves as a reminder of our constant journey of worship, reflection, and purification, as we strive to draw closer to the Creator.

Salaam brother, Jazaka ALLAHU khayran katheeran for this wonderful lecture. The ayah was this When My servants ask you ˹O Prophet˺ about Me: I am truly near. I respond to one's prayer when they call upon Me. So let them respond ˹with obedience˺..." there was no "SAY' before "I am near." and I believe there is a nuance to that. And ALLAH AWJ knows best.

In an era marked by division, conflict, and social unrest, the prophetic character offers a timeless model for ethical conduct, compassion, and justice. The life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) serves as an enduring example of how to navigate societal discord with wisdom, patience, and unwavering moral integrity. Emulating his character in today’s world is not only a spiritual obligation for Muslims but also a universal lesson in fostering unity and healing societal fractures. The Prophetic Model of Compassion and Mercy One of the defining traits of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was his immense compassion. The Quran affirms this quality: “And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.” (Quran 21:107) Despite the hostility he faced, he responded with kindness and forgiveness. Whether dealing with enemies, the marginalized, or his closest companions, his interactions were marked by understanding and patience. In today’s polarized world, upholding this standard means engaging in discourse with empathy, actively listening, and seeking reconciliation over division. Justice and Fairness as Cornerstones of Leadership The Prophet’s (peace be upon him) leadership was founded on justice and fairness, regardless of societal pressures. He upheld the rights of all individuals, including women, the poor, and non-Muslims. The Quran instructs: “O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allah, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness.” (Quran 5:8) In a world rife with injustice, corruption, and bias, adopting prophetic justice entails advocating for the oppressed, standing against discrimination, and ensuring fairness in all dealings, even when it is inconvenient or unpopular. Patience and Forbearance in the Face of Adversity Trials and tribulations were a constant in the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him), yet he remained steadfast and patient. When faced with personal loss, public humiliation, or physical harm, he exemplified perseverance and trust in Allah’s wisdom. In our modern context, patience is vital in addressing societal challenges. Whether combating misinformation, engaging in interfaith dialogue, or working towards social change, maintaining resilience and avoiding reactionary anger are crucial in upholding prophetic character. Integrity and Honesty in All Aspects of Life Truthfulness was among the most celebrated attributes of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Even before prophethood, he was known as *Al-Ameen* (The Trustworthy). His commitment to honesty ensured trustworthiness in personal relationships, business transactions, and governance. In today’s digital age, where misinformation and deception are rampant, embodying prophetic integrity means speaking truthfully, honoring commitments, and resisting the temptation to compromise values for personal or political gain. Building Bridges and Fostering Unity The Prophet (peace be upon him) was a bridge-builder who sought common ground among diverse communities. He fostered peaceful coexistence through treaties, interfaith engagement, and conflict resolution. The Constitution of Medina remains an example of how different religious and ethnic groups can live in harmony under shared values of justice and mutual respect. In a world fractured by political, racial, and ideological divides, following this example means promoting dialogue, respecting differences, and working toward inclusive communities where people of all backgrounds feel valued and protected. Conclusion Upholding the prophetic character in a divided world requires a conscious commitment to mercy, justice, patience, integrity, and unity. As individuals and communities, we have the responsibility to embody these values, ensuring that our actions contribute to healing rather than deepening societal rifts. The teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are not confined to a historical context but serve as a living guide for cultivating a more just and compassionate world.

The legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (as) stands as a timeless lesson in sacrifice, the surrender of ego, and unwavering submission to Allah’s will. His life encapsulates the essence of faith, offering profound insights for anyone striving to walk the path of righteousness. One of the most remarkable aspects of Prophet Ibrahim’s story is his willingness to sacrifice what was dearest to him for the sake of Allah. The Quran narrates his readiness to fulfill Allah's command to sacrifice his son, Ismail (as), a moment that epitomizes the ultimate test of faith and submission. Allah says, “So when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead, We called to him, ‘O Abraham, you have fulfilled the vision’” (Quran 37:103-105). This event teaches us that true submission requires placing our trust in Allah’s wisdom, even when the trial seems insurmountable. The story also highlights the need to overcome the ego. Ibrahim (as) confronted his own desires, his societal norms, and even the emotional bonds that could have held him back from complete devotion. His struggle against idol worship, even when it meant standing alone against his people, reflects the courage required to let go of false attachments and align oneself entirely with the truth. His rejection of ego-driven inclinations is a reminder of the inner jihad that every believer must undertake to purify the heart. Prophet Ibrahim’s legacy also underscores the importance of submission as a holistic state of being. His constant reliance on Allah, whether in his debates with his people or when he was thrown into the fire by King Nimrod, illustrates a life lived with tawakkul (complete trust in Allah). His famous invocation, “Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds” (Quran 6:162), encapsulates the essence of submission, where every aspect of life is dedicated to the Creator. The annual rituals of Hajj, where millions of Muslims retrace the footsteps of Ibrahim (as), serve as a living testament to his profound impact. The acts of sacrifice, the stoning of the Jamarat, and the circling of the Kaaba all remind us of the spiritual lessons he left behind: the importance of letting go of worldly attachments, resisting temptations, and striving toward Allah. Prophet Ibrahim’s legacy calls us to reflect on our own lives. Are we willing to surrender our egos, make sacrifices for the greater good, and submit wholeheartedly to Allah’s will? His story is not just a narrative of the past but a call to action, urging us to embody the values of faith, humility, and devotion in every facet of our existence.
