I love how this Speedy Comet is unique, even though it doesn’t have any extra clocks to get more time, because Mario/Luigi right away starts with the boss fight/on the boss planet, which is WAY easier than having to redo the whole level again, just like in Squizzard’s Daredevil Run, Megahammer’s Daredevil Bash, & Digga Leg’s Daredevil Run.

You need to receive a letter from toad from one of the cog guys who will tell you they're there and for you to find them, once this is done you will encounter the guy on the planet in the video, hope this helps.
