I am happy I could help, I don't however I believe that you would save the items you made in canva and then transfer to go highlevel as if you was dong it in shopify.

aren't people going to expect they can buy these green clothes? How does this impact your bounce rate? But it looks really good and professional.

This is just for teaching purpose. I wouldn't advise any one to add things to banners that doesn't align with what the are selling. As far as bounce rate im not sure again because this is for teaching only.
