Some Intel Macbook Airs do this because of Spotlight. I finally found someone who went through all the useless Apple fixes and they said that all they did was drag their "User" folder into the "Privacy" window of the Spotlight preferences. Of course Spotlight no longer covers your user folder, but my early 2014 Air doesn't shut down anymore at least.

Coming back to videos to give solution I found:, the Mac kept turning off every 10 seconds tried everything the internet had to give, and found that peripheral devices and apps in my case was the cause, close every app that connects through your phone through iCloud,(screen mirrrorring , telegram, discord) after closing all apps that’s link to phone it stopped sleeping all the time
