I just got a 3M cantata 700 background music machine with 40 hours of early 70s easy listening on the tape cartridge.

I miss that station so much. Great music for driving or working in your shop. Also great for insomnia.

Thanks for posting this. I wish there were archives of these shows as well as Flashback with Bill St. James. I also remember a radio show with Dick Clark called Rock, Roll and Remember. Anyway it was because of these shows and WLS AM89 Chicago as I got into radio broadcasting while still in high school in 1984. I stayed in the business for 15 years and miss it very much but it didn't pay well enough to support a family. Again, Thanks for putting this up on You Tube.

HOT 102.7 fm, V100.7 fm, The Box Music Televison (you control) aka channel 8 in Milwaukee, Show Time at the Apollo and Soul Train were our music outlets at that time. I MISSSSS those days soooo much, the BEST time ever and I remember Michael Hightower, he was the best DJ and the mellow moods used to be exactly that too.... THE CLASSIEST, most greatest moment.
