If they care they'll spark it up for you doesn't work with quiet shy girls always sometimes if you're too attractive she will count herself out and think she doesn't have a chance.

And here comes Islam , to teach us to become Muslim. Islam means submission! Not to people of course but to god ! Submission here means "let it go" don't try to control it

Sir thanks a lot 🙏🏼, does it mean we should let it be as it is, and not act because of it or for it , and ultimately not playing with it at all ❗ All we have to do is Our actions should be driven by our new reason and purpose , and ultimately our actions follow our intended path and we win.

1. Start to take more actions to get towards my missions, instead of just consuming. 2. Allow myself to laugh at negatives and shortcomings in life (cheerfulness in the face of adversity) 3. Spend more time with family Hope everyone learnt something from this 👌

What is your solution if someone doesn’t know any answers to the questions you asked in the beginning AND ALSO isn’t positively excited to figuring them out but is rather disheartened/lethargic/apathetic?

Emotions are your guide, not your enemy or finish line. They will come and go literally like seasons. Being content and at peace is a connection with myself i always strive for and instead of blocking the flood gates, just let it flow. I cry often. I get mad often. I laugh often. I become anxious often. The only difference is i know in order to get back up one must go back down, what goes around will come around, and though it sounds like silly puns its very true. Dont be afraid to feel, emotions are a godsend, without them we wouldn't be human. Everything centres around them, stories, people, tragedies, triumphs, war, peace. ❤ life is life experience it

Telling people to Give Up on Self Help when everyone is Buying Books and Courses and Event Tickets to survive is just WRONG Message. You don't have the right to tell people to give up on Self Help when you are addicted to Self Help yourself, Julien. 😅

... there have been countless times I watch a movie and I got SO ANGRY at the end when the romantic loser gets the girl because 1. I identify with the main character and 2. I don't believe the main character would get the beautiful girl! e.g. Fight Club and there's something about Mary

0:38 - What’s the first part of letting go? Tuning into the sensations, disengaging the mind. That is the reason you bring your awareness down the base of your spine, to disengage the mind. If you simultaneously have to think, about what to say, what to ask to bring things up, you’re not fully present in the body. Thinking is the last thing I want. 1:05 - What Julien also does is pause the recording throughout. Some parts bring out more than others, require more time than others. Pause at your pace.

What is this pre verbal layer …? I never heard of this before. Is this like psychic level stuff that I think I love you and it is sent to the person I’m thinking I love you about ?is this like the Carrie horror film what he’s talking about is telekinesis
