Do you only have the Ansa dual tip muffler, or are there other non-stock parts on your exhaust system? I’m trying to see what it would sound like if I just added the Ansa muffler to my stock 1978.

Hi I had it on a tripod on the back seat and braced with a bungee strap to the passenger head rest. I will try to post the setup in a few weeks when it warms up hare, thanks for the question.

Clock is foggy not due to UV issue, rather the hole for the dial that permits moisture to enter then dry periodically. So I've heard.

That Weber is a progressive carb, so the secondary (36mm) butterfly doesn't need a choke plate for starting. I always remove mine to increase airflow at WOT. With yours on the bench it is super easy & you won't risk dropping the 2 tiny screws into the manifold.
@MichaelAmster
@MichaelAmster 2 жыл бұрын
Seems like you would do better with a progressive carb rather than this. I think 34/34 seems to be the right one - or you can try out that 32/36 - there are a lot of people who know which ones work on the car.
