Like for many, this is one of my favourite records in my entire collection. And I’ve know it for ages. I always thought this was (is) 100% Ford and Melchior’s creation, but the other day I heard the same strings in an ancient ambient set, lost in the depths of soundcloud. Does anyone know if the strings were sampled? I am puzzled. I know where the vocals come from, but how about the strings?
