Finally we have a down to earth American Indian, Actress. I believe that the Native American community needs more representation. She gave one of the best most emotional performances. That I've seen in a lifetime. Her body language and the emotion in her face. She worked and deserves to be an Academy Award nominee. I hope that she gets more movie and TV opportunities in Hollywood. ❤

The academy messed up by not awarding Lily with the Oscar …
@jaygatz43355 ай бұрын
Cate certainly prepared her questions well! Too bad the Oscars missed a golden opportunity to award Lily Best Actress for a performance of such quiet strength and knowingness. And shame on the Oscars for shutting out the film completely. Speaking of the great Olivia De Havilland, Lily resembles her. I hope she will get more great roles in the future.

These two women are incredible. So impressed with Cate Blanchett's high regard and brilliant insight into not only the depths of Lily Gladstone's artistic skill but her ability to communicate with such strength, deep and controlled emotion, as well as standing with the history of the people behind her. How do you do all of that in a scene Lily Gladstone!?! Truly appreciated this interview.

Lily Gladstone is such a great actress. I'm glad she is getting the recognition she deserves. Marty did a excellent job with the pacing of the film and choice of music. Awesome film with a great cast.

The Revenant is also a close comparison with this film, was that about Navajo people? Very interesting, I love narratives from the native perspective. Sadly I feel like this film did not capture the love between Molly and Ernest as intimately as she conveyed , which I personally agree. It wasn’t resonated in the film, and it painted the more exploitative side stronger, which I appreciate since I guess the west needs it…

Give Lily an Oscar. Apologize for the previous year and give Cate her third Oscar. Make things right 😫

the performance is good but not sufficient. it would be a scandal if they gave lily gladstone an oscar.

Lily Gladstone is an extraordinary talent. But Cate Blanchett's introduction of her and the Killers of the Flower Moon sounds not like a serious artistic appraisal but more like an introduction at a political rally for the next presidential candidate! So much over the top exaggeration that it almost feel embarrassing
