If you could add a little cow bell in the background, you might have a little song foundation underway.

Good instructions, I bought two 6 footers Behlen gates at $ 179 a piece to replace 35 years old sagging redwood gates that were hella heavy . Got it done in 10 hours or one day including removing the old redwood gates and fixing the old 2 posts for Behlen metal gates Amazing how light weight the 6 footer Behlen gates are . And those 4 lag bolts are amazingly strong when I twisted them CW and CCW to level the gates Am very happy to find the Behlen products. And they are CHEAPER at $179 x 2 = $ 358 than chain link gates estimate at $ 980 because of 2 additional two 2 5/8. inches chain link metal posts and 6 bags 60 lbs concretes It’s much easier to install than chain link gates that require metal posts

How can I make my gate high off the ground
@bend4852
@bend4852 Жыл бұрын
It shouldn't be much of an issue with a small gate like this but if it's a big gate like 10 or 12 foot dont make it level. Leave it slightly lower on the side that attaches to the pole because it will sag over time. If done right then after a couple years and its sagged a few inches it should be pretty level

You guys should also show how you install these gates to metal posts because they use different Hardware that people would like to see also I'm sure because I don't want to use wooden posts on the sides of my Gates because I live in a high fire danger area so I want to use metal for everything instead and I'm sure a lot of other people use metal posts also.

Great no nonsense video. I had looked at dozens( literally) of PTO shaft removal videos but none matched my shaft with the three white tabs and no screw release. I just needed the courage to give the white pins a good whack instead of pushing down. (Not wanting to void a warranty.) When I got it apart it looked like it had been dragged around the dealer lot with all the crud inside. No wonder it was tough. Thanks again.

If you don’t seal the holes the whole tank will rust faster. Question for the company: How long do your tanks last when they don’t have holes in them?
