Had the same experience yesterday in Bangalore, Club Mahindra called me yesterday to a hotel and promised a Voucher if we attend the seminar for which they never gave us.

I recently embarked on an unexpected journey with Club Mahindra, and the experience left me pleasantly surprised. It all started with a 45-minute membership presentation, which initially gave me some reservations. The sales team was quite insistent about a limited-time discounted rate, but I firmly declined, asking them to contact me later if I changed my mind. Two days later, I received a call requesting my email address, and to my delight, I received a gift voucher for a 2-night/3-day stay at a Club Mahindra resort. This unexpected gift piqued my curiosity, and I decided to explore the possibilities it offered. When I attempted to redeem the gift voucher, I encountered some challenges. Many nearby hotels were marked as "Not Available" for the next three months, limiting my options. However, I eventually secured a booking for 2 consecutive nights at Club Mahindra. The booking process came with a small caveat: a non-refundable advance payment of 2000/- INR on the day of arrival. The good news was that this amount could be adjusted in our final bill, although it would have been more transparent if this policy had been clearly communicated beforehand. During our stay, we booked a Studio with a kitchen, and the room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, featured a balcony, and offered the delightful experience of cooking our meals. It added a homely touch to our vacation and made our stay even more memorable. We had our food from outside the property which was luscious. We considered dining at the resort to offset the advance payment, but we found the prices to be on the expensive side. Instead, we opted for a boating excursion and enjoyed some of the children's activities offered on the property. As a result, our final bill came to around 3000 INR, with 2000 INR adjusted for the advance payment. The highlight of this experience was undoubtedly the stay itself. Club Mahindra Astamudi, is a well-maintained property, and we were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. It was truly a memorable two days. Before our visit, I had read numerous negative reviews regarding Club Mahindra and its membership program. However, based on my genuine experience, I would recommend giving it a try first before passing judgment. The only drawback I encountered was the pricey food menu. Besides that, I am extremely pleased with the service and the overall experience. Now I need to review my decision in taking membership.

Hello Friends, Pacific holiday world is part of fortune holiday. Both the companies are fraud. They target new bike/car buyers in metropolitan cities and call us in the name of free holiday vouchers for the couple with two children's at Oakwood residency hotel, Whitefield, Bangalore. While discussing 3-4 of them divert the couple and take your credit card saying they will check your no cost EMI offer and deduct the amount with EMI for us on the spot in their pos machine and parallely they take signatures from our spouse in all forms and agreements which we doesn't aware of, since they keep us diverted in card and the payment which they did in the name of EMI check. Few of my friends have recently suffered in this Scam at Oakwood residency hotel at Whitefield, Bangalore. They are particularly targetting IT professionals and salaried employees. Which we have observed two weeks back and discussed with so many of our friends in LinkedIn. They have plenty of companies registered in these form. Pacific holiday world, fortune holiday, fortune park vacation, 4R holidays Pvt Ltd, etc. All does same fraud activities with people. Be careful friends and share with your friend circle for their awareness about this scam. Note: We have registered a criminal case against them here in Bangalore
