@@Movie_Macs I am aware of the definition of fair use, would the situation have been that your video was cut up audio from david firth's creations, and you reanimated them yourself, there would be no issue (Although, to be honest, I would say your video was still low effort). However, the use of AI renders it theft, although legally it is fair use due to a lack of exploration of this relatively new technology by law. AI art generators non consensually scrape mountains of images from creators of both photographs and representative arts alike (Including, at times, my art, although fortunately the website I upload it to has a feature to forcefully disable this functionality for the sites own ai, it is still possible for larger companies to scrape the images). The art that was used for this purpose was not given with consent, and the end product is, likewise, composed of non consensually acquired (therefore "stolen") parts. If you want to create reimaginings of others work, that's fine, I would love to see what you create! but for the time being AI is implemented in an unethical manner, and until this aspect of it is fixed, this video is stolen goods. And, on a more personal level of preference... you can probably do better than how this looks. I believe in you! try getting into animation, download adobe animate or an old version of flash, learn toonboom, or pixel animation, anything! I'm sure you're a creative person who can make awesome stuff, this just isn't it.

This video quite literally is exactly what you just said, cut up audio and cut up reanimated videos. Just because i wrote my own prompt and rendered it through AI assisted by cut up audio and video of Firths, does not make it theft lol. And yes, AI scrapes small concepts from a variety of existing arts to help it generate it's own unique art, which again, falls under fair use. If i was in the wrong, i'm pretty sure i'd be getting strikes buddy.
