Thanks. I am planning a trip to Egypt, and there is a good offer on Siva right now. I want to stay somewhere with a good house reef for snorkeling (my wife is not a diver). But having read appx 800 reviews on Tripadvisor of the hotel, I only learned that it is sunny, and warm water (of course.... it is Egypt), and has loads of food/drinks, and entertainment for kids (not important for me). I finally found your video, and the reef looks ok, so now I can book without worrying.

I once encountered a whale shark while diving in Kenya 25 years ago. Its skin was hard as wood and I swam right next to its huge gills. He was way longer than our boat and he swam with us for a while, before disappearing into the depths of the reef like a submarine. To this day I am grateful that this giant shared a moment with me.
