I doubt you'll be kicked off that ride for filming on that. The main reason they don't allow filming on most rides is because you could drop your camera and it could hit someone behind you or it could hurt the coaster... etc. But that helicopter ride was closed in, so you're good. But going to the video, if this was taken on saturday, I'm surprised the park was like this, because I ended up going 25th since 24th actually had lightning.
