The parking here is a scam. And there is really no where else to park , not even outside of the market. There's no public street parking. They know that they're doing with parking and are making good money off the parking alone. And then pretend they must raise rent on the tenants which then raise their prices on us.

I live in South Beach but I've been out of the country for a while and I'm about to come back but from the look of things it seems to me that Aventura Mall has been expanded with more upscale stores, unless I'm wrong ? It's really nice though...

Hallandale beach is an amazing city it’s always something to do,nice restaurants and Casinos, lounges, shopping plaza and clubs, Gulf Stream Park the biggest Horse Racing track in Florida, with the Pegasus and Dragon Statue the second biggest Statue in the United States 🇺🇸, definitely a must visit if you’re in south Florida at Gulf Stream Village.☀️❤️
