Not at all. The power grid is being strengthened because of new demand for Artificial Intelligence data centers. There will be a lot of extra energy.

Great and exciting car to drive. The wind in your face and hair, the screaming of your passengers and the wonderment of the knowledge of fear as you may or may not reach your destination. It is thrilling! The feel of the road and every bump and pebble. It takes a real man to venture out in a Model T.❤

1) click on video, 2) stop video, 3) comment the obvious: Why? Because the CCP uses market interventionism tactics, while the west uses free market. The strategy is blatantly obvious by now -> Subsidize a strategic market, aka BEV; bankrupt western competition with unrealistic low price products; next product. STOP BUYING CHINESE. STOP SENDING THEM YOUR MONEY. STOP GIVING THEM LEVERAGE TO CONTROL OUR FREE WORLD.

China's population figures are believed by some to be highly inflated, with estimates suggesting the actual population could be 30-45% lower than the official numbers, raising concerns about data transparency and accuracy. Same goes for the data about EV sales, lets be honest no one is buying these Chines EV's, even the Chinese are scared of them.

You clearly do not know about Porsche. Porsche will have the order book completely filled before a single car is ever finished. Porsche won't allow you to sell it within a certain time. If you do, you won't be invited to buy the next super-limited run Porsche. Second hand prices will be much higher than new. And these are simple facts. Please check after the car comes out.

I've been traveling the east coast in my Tesla Model 3 for over 3 months. It's been great but I do get annoyed when an app says I can find a slow charger but when I get there I find out it's either not functioning or it's in a closed business' parking lot or garage. The apps have to get better about warning you. The Tesla network has been perfect but I usually want a slow charger where I park.

The concept of a BEV is flawed at the core. If you want to use intermittent Renewable energy, it makes sense to make a fuel when the RE can provide energy. Waiting for RE on the grid to kick in is not a valid solution. Make fuel, fill quickly (15,000 kw) and give 3000 mile range. New combustion tech makes EVs obsolete. 3000 miles HWY on 20 gallons, in 2 minutes of fill time. If you take the CO2 from the air, and put it into the fuel, combust the fuel and then release the CO2 to the air, you have a net zero system. No battery is net zero. Charging an EV on a 100% RE grid will cost 20 to 30 times more than making fuel OFF grid when RE works. No EV will survive this cost ratio. Game over.

Not going to pretend to understand the BS above; but it ignores the simple undeniable fact that oil is a finite resource. It will run out. So we need to move to an alternative, though not as quickly as governments are currently insisting on.
@seaplaneguy12 ай бұрын
@@TJW68 The fuel of the future is electro fuels made from solar thermal or nuclear made electricity and CO2, both of which are basically INFINITE and without materials limits like wind/solar PV/battery/EV junk are. To get off of oil REQUIRES electro fuels, chemicals and plastics. We are only starting to do electro fuels. BEVs actually rob cash flow to get off of oil and thus SLOW progress to get OFF of oil. Understand? Not BS, just reality. New combustion tech will lower oil consumption for a car by 4-5 times (75 to 80%) and thus lower CO2 output by the same amount. A 100% RE grid will only lower CO2 by 33%, and it will take until 2050 to build out a 100% RE grid, with the environment ruined with 4x overbuild and 3.5x in battery junk spread out over the land. The future is Solar thermal for houses (buildings) and businesses and nuclear for the general grid to make up where solar does not work well. Nuclear = electrical load + fuel making. This allows a grid with ONLY nuclear as the source, all balanced by fuel making as demand variable. Fuel is made at the plant, not over grid.

Greetings from Finland.. Yeah emissions are a thing, but that doesn't mean you can't buy one. (Two hellcats with zero miles currently for sale with just a quick search). Your annual car tax is going to be insanely large, because of the emissions. If you ship the challenger hellcat from the states, you spend the ~100k plus (and shipping cost on top of it) then you'll have to pay the "import car tax" and the price of the car doubles. Gas/petrol is a lot more expensive here. IT IS NOT BANNED! Get your facts straight. Not forgetting that you will have to get that thing insured.. That is not going to be cheap. You dont see them often, because its so expensive to get one and maintain it.
