When you describe the mental change you feel you've been going through... i think I'd call that a spiritual awakening (religious or not). When you start thinking more about the meaning of life, how you want to treat others, how you want to be treated, and how you want to treat yourself. Its a beautiful thing ✨️❤️

❤Totally understand and resonate with trying to get back/relearn yourself. And its so crazy how our inner child just stays with us as we get older and I think it requires more acknowledgement as we get older,alot more care and being part of the journey even as we move on to a new chapter, but also releasing the need of an apology from those from our childhood.....being human is so complex. .😅

I totally get how you feel. Im trying to learn myself again. Ive been taking care of people for so many years and haven't really done for myself and its getting to me.
