It is truly rewarding to see the Bollywood Actress Chrisann Pereira become the Brand Ambassador of Sharjah Airport and Sharjah Police in the year 2023. She has spearheaded Policing Innovation to the greatest heights in Civil Aviation and Airport Security. If Sharjah Airport was committed towards the safety of its employees during the Covid 19 pandemic in the year 2020, then why were GCAA UAE licensed civil aviation pilots who were on the verge of dignified retirement ushered to the departure gates of Sharjah Airport along with their family members on July 29th, 2020 amidst timely redundancy and prompt UAE Residence Visa cancellation approved by GDRFA officials . This civil aviation milestone of redundant pilots exiting the UAE permanently with their families will be remembered by me during my lifetime. Thank you Sharjah Airport for helping me commemorate second anniversary of my UAE Residence Visa Cancellation and evacuation from the UAE by the Air India Express Vande Bharat Mission 2020 flight from Sharjah to Bengaluru.

I don't see myself as a UAE Resident at all Towards the Next 50 years after boarding the Vande Bharat Mission Evacuation Air India Express Flight on July 29th, 2020 along with my parents. I will restore the respect, honour and dignity of redundant civil aviation pilots in Arab Civil Aviation when I become an expat-laborious workforce resident of another neighbouring GCC country and a game-changer at the Arab Air Carriers Organisation Regional Training Centres.

Civil Aviation unites people at points of convergence of aspirations of career, travel and ambition. Sharjah Airport Authority has enabled expats of India in doing so in every sphere of life. Redundancy will never feature in the aviation vocabulary of the human resources management of various Airline Groups in the UAE after my exit from the UAE. Outdated terminology in Civil Aviation will be done away with for the progress of pilots soaring the skies in GCC countries and MENA Region.

Sharjah Airport Authority can invite the Indian Workers Resource Centre Sharjah and Consulate General of India Dubai to organise farewell at the departure gates instead of Sharjah Police Anjad Patrol Cars bidding permanent goodbyes and farewell to former UAE Residents with their token presence. Farewell ceremonies for outgoing UAE Residents especially GCAA UAE licensed Civil Aviation Pilots who have nearly completed a decade soaring the skies in the UAE will inculcate gratitude in the DNA of every UAE Citizen and UAE Resident.

Sharjah Airport Authority Excellence Award can be awarded or conferred to Air Arabia Group Chairman and CEO for ensuring that a former GCAA UAE licensed civil aviation Indian expat pilot and his family members exit the UAE permanently on July 29th, 2020. Farewell to Sharjah Airport Authority and Air Arabia Sharjah PJSC for the eight years of precious memories in the UAE ( 2012 to 2020). Farewell and gratitude to GDRFA Sharjah Immigration Officials.

I would like Sharjah Airport officials to remember me as a Resident who believed in Civil Aviation transforming the destiny of the laborious workforce flying pilots and their families. Remote working environment with digital cooperation for professional development of pilots and continuity of pilots with valid GCAA UAE licenses would have helped retained the UAE Residence Visa of Redundant Pilots in the year 2020.

Vivid memories of Sharjah Police Anjad Patrol Cars with Police Personnel giving a moment of farewell at the Departure Gates of Sharjah Airport to an Indian Expat GCAA UAE Pilot and his family members boarding Vande Bharat Mission 2020 Air India Express Evacuation Flight on July 29th, 2020 will always be fresh in my mind. I will no longer be a UAE Resident but I will proudly recall moments of families bonding for air travel and livelihood of breadwinners at Sharjah Airport.

I will always have valuable memories of Sharjah Airport and Air Arabia Sharjah PJSC for helping me carve my unique place in Arab Civil Aviation as a former UAE Resident of eight years residence visa duration. Frequent fliers and air travellers will share the sentiments about the Emirate of Sharjah that needs to find its place in the aspirations of the laborious workforce and expats.

Farewell speeches and gratitude speeches of Air Arabia considered redundant pilots and their families who exited the departure gates of Sharjah Airport in the year 2020 need to be published in the Sharjah Airport Magazine.

Sharjah Airport and Muweilah Commercial Suburbs in Sharjah transformed my destiny even though I am no longer UAE Resident anymore. I would like to see aviation researchers, aviators, airport personnel and licensed GCAA UAE Civil Aviation Pilots choosing to live with their families in Muweilah Commercial Sharjah and transforming it as the Most Aviator Friendly Suburb in Sharjah.
