The way wilko plays is very different, firstly hes not using a plectrum and is actually hitting all the strings on every stroke including the lick you just need to use your fretting hand to mute. Its how he achieves that constant driving muted bass note.

I plan on doing a cover of the main riff alone. I’m not skilled enough to do the whole song like you. Great work brother, love seeing another guitarist. Although, I’m new and barely know any chords let alone am able to play a full song. Rock on!

Nice played! On the leads, you can also combine the G lick on 3rd fret with the 15th feely, is not like the studio version but I've seen Wilko doing that on some lives and I love the result.
