That's a side shore wind ... It's the worse to start learning that.

Cool, man! Just bought a landboard as well. Tried it out for the first time today and you're better than I am atm. Lol. When I was younger, I kited a lot. Bought some power-kites from a friend of mine and had some kite-surf lessons. But, first I'm going to learn land boarding the coming months. It's cool! Keep it up:-)

I am so glad to see this, beginner learning is always so full of doubts when it's you getting dragged around like that. Thank you for putting this out here to give us beginners hope so many years later :)

Glad for sharing, don't worry about all the Experts? out there, hey watch a few good video's on using traction kites and remember to start with your board on a 45 degree angle to the pull of the wind, less likely to get pulled off the board. It will come. Cheers

Very good! I have a 2016 Peter Lynn Twister 5.5 For this kind of thing.... I think my Coccyx is bruised or broke! Was a good day though. :-)

I am happy to see a beginner video because I am just starting with this sport and it can be daunting to see only pro videos with great conditions and perfect execution. It is good to see the struggle that awaits when I get to the stage of kiting from an ATB. Thanks for sharing!

I like your actually doing kitelandboarding. It is the most addictive thing i have done. Check me out too😊😊😊👍👍👍. I subscribed to you. You have a blessed day sir and keep up the good work as never give up. Trust me!!!😊😊😊👍👍👍 you can see my learning process as day 1 -3 to where i am now with it since breaking my foot on bone #5 behind the pinky toe as 5 weeks down is all as i pushed past the pain. It was insane and i got the footage, lol on my channel

He´s not overpowered. For a beginner it´s not good when the sand is to wet and not hard enough.

I went to the beach in nijmuiden for the first time on my board and only the second time flying my 3.0 trainer..... It went exactly the same. But I could see a rapid improvement within the two or so hours I was there. How did you do at the end of the day did it go better or still a struggle? Perhaps there is a way we could arrange to have a go together.

i think he invented a new sport but kiting,,lol dude stand up on the board, get a smaller kite youre over powered for a newbie and start by learning to let the kite pull u on the board without a harness.
