Ditto everything I said re: Part 1. Seems a good time was had by all, including Cosmo himself! 🎉

I know this is 11 years too late, but I was on the wrong continent at the time and didn't know about Cosmo Jarvis' music until recently. It's beyond wild to be posting now, but just in case you do see this, I want to let you know that this is the most fun rip-roarin' throwdown of a live performance of all the Gay Pirates videos I've seen, well really of all the CJ live performances I've seen. Thanks for capturing the moment and sharing!

I gotta say that at first I was ambivalent towards the decision of putting music over the footage, but the first song goes really well with the laid out and happier contrast of the days before at the Millenium Hotel and at Times Square, against the footage of that day and the ones that came after: the looming disaster in downtown, the part of the North Tower collapsing on TV at 4:58, the empty streets of Manhattan at that night, it all comes together surprisingly good. Really nice video, you have an historic treasure right here in your hands. Keep it. Hope you doin' well.

That's very kind, thank you. It was more of a happy accident regarding the copyright-free tunes I put on there. One day I hope to have a much better version one day. Take care.

Sounds like he’s imitating Muhammad Ali. The “break your jaw” comment makes the reference rather clear.
actually I'd say Dylan was doing it in the mid sixties, check out Subterranean homesick blues.

Let me assure you, Todd has zero envy for Taylor Swift 😂
@aquaritone95419 ай бұрын
@@daveylane3947 Ok, please give it a shot. I see a great talent who is clearly a shadow of his former self, who is struggling to perform, and it's very sad. I think this whole tour is a reaction to feeling left behind by Taylor Swift's massive success. And he's probably not the only one, either.
@daveylane39479 ай бұрын
@@aquaritone9541 he does not struggle to perform and you live in a glass house, dude. What’s with your obsession with Taylor Swift? And why are you bugging on Todd of all people over this fixation of yours 🤣
@ChristopherJanisch-cc5nc9 ай бұрын
I'm sure Todd could give two shits about Taylor Swift. Todd has his core fans and a long long career behind him. Todd's not young anymore but he puts as much energy and love into his shows as he did when I first started seeing him in the early 70's. Taylor Swift envy? That's not even a thing.
@laurieschneider52789 ай бұрын
@@daveylane3947 I saw Todd play last year. It was a great show, lots of energy, Todd still has it. Putting Todd Rundgren and Taylor Swift in the same sentence is insane. Have you looked at the breadth of his work?
