I have a 330 trail Boss Polaris someone unhooked some of the wires in the front of it and I can't for the life of me figure out where in the crap they go a lot of them are hot someone please help I like the diagram up online they are too blurry to see or read when you enlarge it

Looks good. Only thing I would do different is on the first fire give it about 1/3 throttle and hold. That way you can set the rings.

Check your pressure on your fuel pump and spark voltage. It’s turning over so that is a plus. So all that is left is fuel & spark !

Sometimes it’s not the ECM but the plug&play connections. They vibrate and create arching especially on the power in and ground. Ground is the first to check. The mounting screws, threaded into the frame are to fine and loose contact over time do to vibration. Hence the front motor mount failing do to the same issue (vibration). Before sending the module out for repair or replacing with new check those contacts and the ground continuity. Also as an add of prevention use dielectric grease on the female contacts on each side of the module. The other, but not as critical is the location of the ECM, is the heat discharge from the radiator and the fan blowing excess heat directly onto the back of the ECM.

I have an 02 vinson yellow. I wanna put bigger tires on it and I know the clutch won't handle it very well. Can the secondary clutch be clocked like a cvtech? And which weights should I replace the stock with? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cant even believe someone hasn't pointed out the GLARING ISSUE HERE um dude you have the rollers literally set to crush the tube move them all the way to the out side there isn't even enough space for the tube sitting in the die to make it past the rollers with out crushing due to mechanical force

On the float there's a little rubber o-ring that goes in the carburetor not the needle did you snap that in mind won't fit all the way in and I'm having an issue in about half throttle it starts breaking up if you could respond and maybe help me out man I'd appreciate it thank you

LMAO I love when people buy those "cheap chinese, so called carburetors" and either use them or start swapping parts from them onto the OEM carb, and then wonder why the bike won't run right. Or think the bike is running right, when in reality it isn't. I've been working on bikes for years, and have NEVER replaced a carb, I ALWAYS rebuild them!!
