Was kind of disappointed, this had the chance to be a masterpiece. The best scenes are in the trailer. The film is just a horror movie like all the others. This could have been so iconic. And I really tried to love the movie.

after so many years, I don't know how I came to remember this movie again, anyway, I saw it again, now that I'm older it's definitely not as scary but it's still an interesting movie. Still, there are points I didn't understand: “ why did the scientist decide to sacrifice himself to create nine little robots? “ what was the point of the final scene in which the “souls” of the dead robots ascended?
