Your content is Excellent But your Channel is not growing Because your Content title and Description are not SEO-friendly and do not have Enough ranked tags, So your videos don't reach more viewers and your videos don't get more views & subscribers. I think your video is more likely to rank on KZbin or Google and your video is worthy of getting views, such videos get good views, such videos are at the top of Google on KZbin. Your channel video needs SEO optimization, it can help easily get thousands of views & subscribers on the video.

Thank you for showing us where to look. As a nature and beach lover, I have disliked developers who exercise greed and ruin the local access and trees, dunes etc. I lived in Destin for 9 years and always felt for locals who pay high insurance and property taxes and have no access. Henderson Beach State Patk and Saint Andrews State Park are gorgeous undeveloped areas. Maybe if visitors boycott the 30A and Alys Beach & Seaside Rentals and VRBOs here and go to Navarre beach or other, things would change back for local access to enjoy the beaches.

Recently closed at $1,300,000. Agree with your take that assessments can be an issue on older buildings, but beachfront on 30A will garner a premium. Thank you for watching!

Hi Casey, I was at this beach access last week and saw the "For sale" sign on this property. The house needs TLC, but the location is amazing, literally next to Alys Beach and 3 minutes by car to the new Publix. Thanks for the house tour.

Yes! I think ultimately this house get's torn down one day. But the location is amazing and beautiful homes surround. I view this is a raw valuable piece of land that can generate rental income for you until you plan the big house with views that this location deserves.
