I am sorry but this watch looks like a 50$ watch nothing close to that price

The case and movement finishings are crap. Readability is also ridiculously bad. Lume is fun to compare, but my best watches have dials / hands that reflect even the faintest light without it. This design is a mess.

I usually like to entertain all comments but this is far off the mark, we'll have to agree to disagree

Recommend reviewing some of Nicholas and Josh Hacko's watches. They are a small precision engineering firm in Australia. They make the movement, dial, case - everything! Even the tiniest components they make themselves. They are NOT cheap but they are about watchmaking excellence.
@JasonTheWatchGuyКүн бұрын
Definitely sounds like worth a look!
@alamore5084Күн бұрын
@@JasonTheWatchGuyYes they are only young chaps as well. But have been motivated to machine every damn thing themselves! You might be able to persuade them to loan you a watch.

Jesus, that type of craftsmanship would be a dream to have in! Worth a shot then
@michaelj8793Күн бұрын
Are they not the company that makes these movements or am I mistaken the only turnoff for me is that bridge across the tourbillon itself looks too much like those faux ones that Chinese companies use in that one hundred dollar range Anyways always appreciate your honest reviews my friend Be well and keep em coming 👍

They make the movements, yes.

They are yes! I also believe they make the movements for other brands too

Thanks Jason. My Monro Adventure MA-6 in Arctic White arrived yesterday and it’s fantastic. The well thought design, meticulously crafted, attention to tiny details filled with Easter eggs, and wonderful overall execution make this watch a new favorite. Yes, it’s chunky but in a way that produces purposefully poised presence proudly appreciated. 😉 This watch stands out in a good way; in a collection overloaded with divers, fields, and pilots.

I have one of these and am absolutely delighted with it. I also have the "Early Explorer" version which has become my absolute favourite watch. I hope they continue to produce quartz iteration for those of us who just want a grab n' go watches. Fingers crossed that they produce a BB54 and applied-indices explorer with quartz movements at some point. Their quartz watches are so good that I can even overlook the silly brand name & logo...

Interesting choices, don't forget that judicious use of the coins system can make those bargains become crazy cheap on occasion. I've just picked up the PD1701 V5 (Alaska) for only £28, how is that even possible?

I paid the AD2023 for 45,29€ one year ago. It has sapphire crystal + decent lume. Even if it has some flaws, for the price it's just unbelievable. It beats any casio stainless steal Casio that are twice the price.

I put a lovely tan canvas strap on mine. Gave it to my daughter. Mind you, that was over 12 months ago. This watch has been around a while now.

This is very pretty. All the colorways are winners but most people will take the sand dial. The price is the bonus cherry on top! I think if I had to restart my collection this would for sure be in the top ten!

There are plenty of collectors that don't have a high budget which this would be ideal for. I know that suits a lot of my audience

I threw the bracelet straight in the bin. I put my white dial version on a good black strap and it’s a great occasional dress watch with black shoes. The face that it’s quartz makes it even better, grab and go.

Perfect! Definitely one of the most easy pick up and go pieces

Have had a sand brown one for a fair while, it's a nice thing especially being vh31 powered. It's a little small for me though, it suits your wrist very well. My skin tone clashes a bit too, Iooks better on your paler skin 👍

Bracelet not great, clasp a bit rough on some edges. I’m a bit disappointed by addiesdive bracelets and clasps, pagani does a much better job.
@Fahrenheit14076 күн бұрын
For £30 I don't understand these complaints at all. You get a milled clasp and the bracelet really isn't that bad. This blows pagani out of the water imo
@JasonTheWatchGuy6 күн бұрын
You'd be hard pressed to get this quality from Pagani at the same price, if you want to spend more money then there are plenty of options

@JasonTheWatchGuy8 күн бұрын
I don't. I hate the water but I'm not reviewing this for myself, I'm reviewing it for the audience, of which I know some of actually use the watches as dive pieces. I have to be critical of all features, I love it myself and it's perfect for my everyday but I still have to mention those downsides

Discover this a very long ago and recently purchase it, but was dissapointed as I never received my order. Its supposed to be a fathers day gift but never arrived, their choice of courier is worst and what makes it worst is I emailed them for help and never get a response. I actually believe in brand and support local microbrands as a watch enthusiast and I was never been dissapointed for the first time of the after sales service of the microbrand, will not recommend and will not purchase from this shop anymore.

How come I can never collect my AliExpress late delivery $1 coupons? Every time I go to their website to get one when they email me it always fails. I refuse to use the app on my phone. Also why can I never collect a coupon through their website message system? It always says "Unknown message type, please check it on App." Why? Is it a scam?
