Be careful going to work at a community college welding department or welding school that you don't lose yourself or that of who you are as a person who is a weldor yourself and not due to the fact that you are under the thumb of a organization that happened to give you a job and now expects that ayou abide by what they say to do and keeps you from even remotely thinking of anything different than what will benefit you more or get you more out of the trade of welding when it comes to you being the head and not the tail.
