Hi Mark - Like with any type of product there is going to be a cheaper option, this is true for supplements and you will find that most good quality products are a similar price or even more expensive, and cheaper products are often less effective. The only problem is that Seed likes people to purchase a subscription and that is not the best option for everyone

Hi Stephanie - I still think Seed is a good probiotic and I still recommend them to clients, but there are a number of probiotic supplements that I recommend and there is no one perfect option for everyone. I think they have sorted it out now but they also had some supply issues for a while so people could not get them

Solution
@planetnaturopath39733 жыл бұрын
The solution will depend on which hormones are out of balance but with any hormone issue I would start with focusing on optimizing sleep, diet and stress levels as a good starting point. Supplements or medications would vary depending on the results and even the age of a client (I would not recommend TRT to a young client)

I am looking for honest reviews on seed, I have serious issues with my digestive system and bloating..... every seed video I have seen on youtube seems like a sales pitch, how is that all the reviewers have a 15% discount code? do you work for seed?
@planetnaturopath39733 жыл бұрын
Hi Sunny, if you have serious digestive issues I would not put your hopes on a probiotic to fix this, in fact with some gut issues like SIBO a probiotic may make it worse. I would consider doing a comprehensive stool test like the GI Map test www.planetnaturopath.com/gi-map-test-2/ to find out the underlying cause and this can save you money in the long run from taking supplements that do not work. However, in answer to your question about Seed it is a very good quality probiotic but I think it would only help you if you are lacking the beneficial bacteria. When Seed first started producing products they gave their products to practitioners to test out plus a discount code for their first order, I am no longer associated with Seed or get commissions but the code may still work.
@JazminMmasechaba2 жыл бұрын
For future reference, most people don't promote products that don't work. It isn't ethical or beneficial for anyone. Seed has a university that teaches you everything about the benefits of probiotics and how it works. It's free!

@@southerncalifornia3155 Same. I've never had a probiotic do that to me, but this one, just awful. I have felt so irritable and had a lot of embarrassing gas and diarrhea. Not sure why so many stand behind this product. It needs more lactobacillus or something.

How is a GI Map test different than a comprehensive stool analysis? Or are they essentially the same thing?
@MichaelSmithPlanetNaturopath5 жыл бұрын
The G.I Map uses DNA analysis which is more accurate than a Comprehensive Stool Analysis test which uses a culture process to identify pathogens, it will also test for some viruses, the virulence factors of H.pylori and other intestinal health markers that are not tested with the older style stool analysis tests

Thank you. I'm going to start over the weekend. I just learned to solve a 3x3 Rubik's cube over course of four weeks. I can solve it in about 3 minutes. Wish me luck. Thank you again for making this video. Take care.

I got this test done, and it shows high levels of enterococcus spp and pseudomonas spp, does this indicate SIBO? It also showed low levels of geotrichum spp, do these require treatment?
@planetnaturopath39736 жыл бұрын
The G.I Map Test does not specifically diagnose SIBO but with the overgrowth in those bacteria if it is associated with SIBO symptoms that maybe a problem for you, either way I would do a treatment for the bacteria/ yeast infection

Hi guys.... Just back from seeing an Endocrinologist on the NHS (the UK's State Health Org). He seemed to totally dismiss my Oestradiol levels on private tests. It was way high at 234 pmol/L He said he never tests that for men! My Free T was low at .282 nmol/L and T itself was okay at 15.13 nmol/L My question is what to do about it?? I suffer badly with Chronic Fatigue, Mood swings, depression and low sex drive. The consultant didnt believe in Estrogen Dominance at all. I've switched to Distilled water and removed plastics. Plus have been using DIM & essential oils. What should I do?? What about Progesterone cream?? Would that help lower estrogen and are there any dangers with that? Many thanks

About bloody time. I mentioned this to my doctor 2 years ago and of course I get a blank stare. Sorry to offend anyone but our GP's are mostly morons who should really be treated like legalized drug dealers. High LDL > Statins, how about diet change to ensure good fats? T2 Diabettes > Metformin, how about diet change to reduce excess carbs? Flu > Antibiotics, how about diet change to strengthen immune? They never talk about root cause, only about which drug to use to turn off the alarm light symptom. Sick of them. P.S. Hospital in Melbourne gave me a can of sprite an jelly as a patient with T2. Pathetic. I now use a Naturopath who of course I must keep secret or the brainwashed idiots will lecture me about using dietitians. Those dietitians wanted to keep me on numerous drugs and could even discuss macro portions.
