Cheers mate, the light was fading far too fast especially with the charter being delayed too.. so had to opt for a lit up station in the end. Something different that’s for sure. Will be doing more night shots after seeing how this turned out.🙌🏻 cheers

Cheers Kev, not the proper shot I was going there for but time was against me as the tug was running 34 early and wasn’t slowing down for no one today. Was hoping to get a panning shot as the sun was perfect but was all rushed for time and set up 🤣

The shots you can get from the air are brilliant, brings a completely different perspective to railway photography. Obviously dubbing the real events sounds over the footage can be annoying but once set in place it comes out perfectly. Long process but worth it.

100% agree with you Kev, this is a first attempt at trying the drone out, experimenting and getting used to the controls. I’m definitely up for following a loco in days to come. It’s like a completely different ball game with a drone 😂 time shall tell. Glad you liked it mate

Not only is it good to know that both of these locos are still with us, but also there are 18 preserved examples which is the most number of a single class in preservation. Plus with 50021 operational now, that only leaves iirc 50002, 29 and 30 under restoration. A great achievement

😂 Cheers mate, it was coming from a farm near by to the location. They moved one of the horses to a field beside me and kept the others behind me on the farm so everytime a gunshot went off I had a surround sound of horses 🤦🏻♂️🤣
