My grandparents built a home during the depression on Earl Ave near 25th, in california mission style. bungalows, and craftsman cottages all around. Likely not much of Long Beach isn't historic ! Great to see love lavished on these great houses.

Hello. First I want to let you know that I’ve followed your real estate emails while I was at Keller Williams Long Beach and I agree that you are very knowledgeable in the field of real estate. My comment is regarding “red flags” when choosing a realtor. I disagree with “lack of experience” because new agents are more than likely coached by a seasoned realtor. My very first listing was a million dollar listing and I did fine with the help of my mentor. It’s a little unfair to make that statement because we all have to start somewhere. Just my opinion…😊

My parents bought our home in 1963 off of Studebaker and Harco on Lees Ave. Helen Keller was across the street and DeMille Jr High was two blocks away. They bought their home for $14,500….. it’s now appraising for over $750,000 and the middle school is gone. It was a great neighborhood to grow up and is still in very good shape today. Hellen Keller is now the middle school

I was born in LB and grew up in Lakewood. I'm surprised that "Munchkin Land", near the Virginia Estates, is not a historic district.
