I still don't understand how to determine the ranges for x and y and why they change when calculating marginal pdfs and when calculating expectation 😢
@shaveddave40052 ай бұрын
great! very approachable. Thanks a lot. For the support of Y: why does x>0 imply that y>0 ? taking the square root of, i.e. x=16 could yield y=4 or y=(-4)

Dear Teacher, Your video is still teaching many people even after eight years! Brava! From your time as a student, I am sure that you remember that there is a certain moment, when, after having studied multiple sources in attempt to reach understanding of a particular subject, the heavens open up and everything becomes clear. With this new clarity, all of the various pieces of the subject come together and all of the things that were so confusing now make sense. Your (this) video was that moment for me, for understanding the two points of gain in this circuit... Even though I have studied the calculations through multiple sources. Thank you. I hope that hearing of my experience will also stir in you the memory of the feelings of great joy, satisfaction and even relief (lol,) of such a moment. Please celebration with me! FYI, I am in my sixties and I still love to learn! Cheers and Thank You!

Your robots are wimpy and weak. You've seemed to forget other ways for a robot to contend with an object in its way. Cutting with a blade, burning with acid/fire, smashing with a hammer, machine gun, dynamite, hacking And finding who placed the object in its way and depleting their bank accounts. Stop making wimpy robots in their 'safe zones' and 'collision avoidance'

Thank you so much. You are truly a life saver. I have a deadline in 15 hours but I have no idea how to do it, nor that I have a single clue from my book. But you saved me, now I understand how to choose my bound from the picture of my support. Thank you!
