Oh jesus lord these comments & why all of a sudden is this becoming a trend to watch this movie NOW?! Did social media, especially Tiktok have something to do with this new influx of people coming at this gret movie franchise? As for me, well, I watched this one as it aired in movie theaters, except pirated style via YT or some pirated site back in 2012. Obviously this came out before Frozen because later Frozen was announced & I watched it in literal theaters with my mom (still remember her sleeping next to me like always). And long before both of these two even came out, I even watched a Hans Christian Anderson cartoon ep called The Snow Queen too where this time they ain’t siblings, but neighbors who became lovers later. So, basically, my point here is that yeah, lots of people nowadays, especially young Gens are clearly unaware, uneducated, & make stupid assumptions that Disney is the #1 / they come first with their fairy tale adaptations even though in reality, the fact of the matter is that between the 60s / 70s (not sure on the start part of the range) - early 2010s, besides just Disney making their own adaptations of the OG fairy tales, there were several other production studios (German, French / Italy, Japanese, etc.) within those decades that also created their own fairy tale adaptation movies / series of the OG fairy tales made by the Brothers Grimm & Hans Christian Anderson. Just so everyone knows, this movie came out in 2012 while frozen came out a year later in 2013. Also this english dub version is set to fail with that godawful voice acting Americans are petty and always setting russian movies to fail, just like how they made pinocchio zesty when in the russian version he sounds just fine
