If you are diabetic don't follow any of the information whatsoever.
@LordJasonKing2 ай бұрын
I am not sure what your public liability insurance covers you for but I’m sure it’s not this. You appear to be undertaking biomechanical assessment and providing remedial advice in the absence of either a Podiatrist or Physiotherapist be careful. Have you considered diabetes, previous injuries, ehlers danlos syndrome etc, etc etc. You cannot provide a running analysis in absence of a full medical history and assessment. I recommend Valmassy Clinical Biomechanics of the Lower Extremities as a start (text book).

This method could damage the top loops by pulling at an angle insead of straight across, the way they were designed.

This is very disappointing. I just got a brand new pair of boots. I paid top dollar for them. I've tried literally everything. Including this. Nothing will stop the heel slippage. I can't even walk correctly right now because my heels are so torn up. I have no idea what to do.

Thanks so much. It amazed me that this explains the function of that extra hole, and it makes sense as to why running shoes have what appears to be overly long leaves. Very much appreciated

You're wrong about "strain on the knee" with knees over toes. This comes from an old study from 1961 that was poorly done. Look up Ben Patrick knees over toes guy.

100% when Charles Poliquin took over the training of the Canadian ski team, they were riddled with injuries. All because they were doing 90-degree squats and lunges. You have to get your hamstrings touching your calves, thus a deep squat.
