I was lucky enough to be there working the support crews for the US Teams. Those riders are supermen, truly great athletes. A Special Hello to my friend Carol Jordan of Columbus Ohio, we had lots of fun in Italy.

Gran bel video e quell'anno ho mosso i primi passi sul mitico Caballero fantic nelle gimcane fuoristrada e poi gare su gare e poi gare desertiche che bella che è la moto regolarità che tempi che piloti❤

... listen to the road telling the story off the one succesfull path that is suggest here, always. (We remember, German soldiers, deutsche Kradmelder, brought the habit from the wars in Russia. And yes, smart people very likely continue to prefer just sports.)

I didn't come across one rider I wouldn't consider a gentleman. Quite an experience. The BMW riders ( opposing twins) would go by and pull wheelies and wave with their left hand at the same time. The Czech's were like precision machines. They owned it. All our hometown trails we road growing up. Locals had no idea of the actual intensity of what was happening there.

A Grand Prix start, TT x Enduro here would be awesome. 1975, great year for dirt bikes.

One of the best things about dirt bikes in the 70’s was the number of manufacturers there were. Man if I could go back I’d buy all kinds of different makes, Hodaka, Can-Am, Maico, SWM, Fantic, Bultaco, Ossa, Montessa, on and on I love those days so much. At 56 now I miss trail riding in general, I think a bike would cheer my spirits up I really do. The wife thinks I’m crazy, I told her it’s not just a passing phase,it’s in the blood.

Through the 70s/80s the Germans, Italians and especially the cezks...the East Germans had some GRT enduro riders unfortunately in the UK I don't think enduro had the coverage as these countries....used to go and watch back in the 80s when I was a teen... unfortunately the bloke Russell who took me died in a freak accident... Geraint Jones was the man back then, GRT rider on that husky of his and a very quiet man...I'm sure he had this huge rottweiler. .....

First minute I was thinking stay to the left...shame to hear about all those accidents..used to go to Isle of Man on holiday every year with me parents and even in September it was cold but me mum loved swimming and I'd have no choice come on get in the sea it's lovely,it was bleedin freezing🥶🥶...shame they don't still do it maybe all the accidents back in the 70s stopped it with the TT as well.... GRT upload ...did laugh at how the man pronounced (kipper's)....
