Hunting Tips Rabbit: Chase it Elk: Well most of you already know this... but the first one to start running 99% of the time will have less than half of your life Mule Deer: Find a mountain or vertical cliff, then try to guide the mule deer to that place, it will go slower and you can catch them before they escape. Moose: To be honest, as long as you have at least your partner, you might get lucky and catch one (you can get very close to life, but you can get it on easy and probably on second difficulty). Pronghorn: Same as the mule deer, find a mountain or vertical cliff and guide it there. Bison: Try to put two together, then pass right in front of the two, they will try to hurt you, but they will hit the other bison, keep going like this until one of the two dies (and be quick when passing between them)

In my first time playing on maximum difficulty... my pups and I were very hungry... I could never hunt anything, and sometimes I had a hard time hunting rabbits, 3 of the 6 pups managed to make it to the end... and they all died from illness... I think they didn't recover from hunger... Right now I'm playing with a wolf named Queen and he's an iron wolf and on maximum difficulty (Because as good as my thinking is, I can live to be 8 years old) and right now we're starving, one of the pups almost died from illness and... a bear almost killed one of my pups named Princess (I have three pups in total, Princess, Shine and Walker), plus everything comes together every moment, I'm almost low on health most of the time and obviously I don't risk Queen's life... the only good thing about it is that King (Queen's mate) when I'm low on health he takes care of hunting or weakening an elk enough so it can attack (Most of the time...). And that's when I start to think... How hard it must be for real-life wolves to take care of their pups... The worst thing is that in the update, the creators themselves say that when it's summer, it will be harder to hunt, and that the pups will most likely die from disease... edit: I cried during some of the deaths, honestly... this game has its good sides... but also its bad sides... I'm glad Wolfquest is a beautiful but hard game.

Some advice if you want it; When hunting, try to find the low health elk. I saw in the video you went for some high health elk. (mainly in autumn, spring elk are weaker anyway) if you find one that’s high health, you can always ditch it to find lower health ones. It helps with not losing loads of health, especially in accurate, high health elk with lots of stamina left do a lot of struggle damage. On the topic of struggle, I think it’s also advised to only stay on for about 3 damage inputs (don’t know what it’s called, just the times you do damage) than to stay on until it kicks you off, you can do it until it kicks you off when the elk is really low and being dragged to the ground though. This is because if it kicks you off, it does a bit of extra damage than if you let go on your own. Also, if you can, when attacking make sure the struggle damage does less damage to you than you are doing to it when biting Hopefully this was helpful ^_^

Here’s a tip for combating those annoying ******* bears: Bait out attacks like a claw swipe and then right after the animation finishes, go in for a nibble because you won’t take damage and will do 7-8 damage regardless of if it’s a sow, cub, or male. Only do one nibble because any more results in taking damage/the other bear (if there is one) running up and hitting you. It’s bearable if it’s the cub running up to get you while you bite the mother, but the 50 damage it deals sometimes stuns you and lets the mom get a hit in that could kill your wolf.

I will never understand your choice of moving dens at 24% I play accurate almost entirely in SP and fleas never get bad till around 40/60 on a accurate run 💀
