I want to understand the calculation: First asalu drawing room ledu entrance lone dining area and hall lopalaki undi Land area - 290 Sqyds - 290*100000 - 2.9cr - 1L per sqyd as this is in posh gated community Construction (I have added premium quality) - 4150*3500- 1.30cr Its coming to 4.2cr why 2cr extra is charged , just trying to understand if my calculations are wrong whats with these prices , please help to make me understand

6 cr? Do you think buyers are so naive? The calculation doesn’t add up: Land: 1,000 sq ft * ₹18,000 = ₹1.8 cr Construction: 5,000 sq ft * ₹3,000 per sft = ₹1.5 cr Other expenses: ₹50L Total: ₹3.8 cr So, where does ₹6 cr come from? What’s your logic?

Perfect calculation - This is in 111GO I think i doubt if the price is 18000 per sqyd , even near pragathi resorts phase-2 and 3 with proper road we can get land below 15000 per sqyd My calculation: Land area - 1150*12000 = 1.38 cr Construction(as this looks premium my very high estimation) - 5800*4000 - 2.32cr Other expenses - If furniture and beds are also added then i will add around - 30Lakhs Altogether its 4cr , ok lets add more 20Lakhs its 4.2cr Not sure from 6cr quoted price we can hardly negotiate 20L-30L still its very hyped and expensive Near Pragathi resorts plots in 111GO with resort access also we can get for below 15000 per sqyd, so not sure why the price is too huge

Just imagine, if you do 6cr FD you get 6L each month. You can easily live in a similar house with 1L rent. Rest 5L you can invest in less risk MF. Hyd RE is overhyped and overpriced off late. Its not lucrative anymore
