I read somewhere that Hartnell intentionally fluffed his lines, as a way to appear more Alien. Given how well he delivered the monologue seen here I can absolutely believe that.

I would give anything to see a re-edit of Jody Whitaker's seasons with the masterful soundtrack stylings of all of the new who that predates her. My stab in the dark is that with that and maybe a few scene edits Jody shines just as high as the others

Nah. She spends90% of her scenes talking to herself so she can explain to the most stupid of viewers what's happening, while appearing to try working things out. Bloody annoying. Chibnall screwed her characterisation from before the start by telling her not to familiarise herself to the bloody role. Doubt she's ever even seen an episode of either classic or nu-who.

If you do a compilation like this, make sure your audio is mixed properly. In this case, the music is about twice as loud as it needs to be. And generally, do NOT use a scene with quiet talk when you want to have loud music playing over it.

he met susan again in the 5 doctors but he didn’t go back for her, he just happened to find her in the death zone

Not intentionally. Capaldi actually did want to do a story where the Doctor met Susan again, but Moffat didn't want to write it.
