@@Red_Vision1 I wish I could give you an accurate number of missions, but if you read some of the other comments...you would see it is different for everyone. Having platinumed the game on the PS3 and the PS4, I have gotten the trophy with different counts as to how many missions I completed. This time it took me a total of 61 missions to unlock the trophy, I don't remember how many it took on the PS3. I wish I had a better answer.

@@Red_Vision1 If they were just side quests, I wouldn't think so....but you might want to work on any side quests before doing any other story missions. I also missed a few side missions when I did the video...I just wanted to give people an idea, of what to watch out for when trying to get this trophy.

When the game originally released, it would unlock just fine once you had completed most of the missions. Now, with the remastered edition, it can glitch on you if you do Virmire too early. At least that seems to be the consensus, and some people have had issues with the trophy not unlocking.

Could it be related that people who completed Virmine had previously explored all planets? Because it seems that might be a triggering factor

It can be glitchy, you need to do a minimum of 14 main missions and like 30 side missions. If you read some of the other comments, it could take 50 side missions to get it. I was never able to find an exact number of main/side missions you needed for the trophy...but the cut off seems to be Virmire. That is why I posted this video, to give people an "idea" of how many missions...and what missions...I did for the trophy to pop. The only thing I can add is...go back to a save before Virmire and do everything you can, even those ore collecting missions. Wish you luck, hope you finally get it.

You need to reload a save before Virmire. Then do as many side quests as you can...before you complete Virmire. So sorry to say...it probably won't unlock, unless you can go back before Virmire.

@@shortythebulldog7394 Yes...you can miss out on about 8 trophies. The biggest one is the "No One Left Behind" trophy. Which is the trophy for keeping everyone alive through the suicide mission. A few crew members have trophies you can miss if you don't get their "loyalty" missions complete, plus, they can be killed in the "suicide" mission if they aren't "loyal".

@@shortythebulldog7394 Which one of your teammates died in the first game? If it was Kaiden or Williams...you will be ok. If it was Wrex...you will be okay here as well. Each teammate has a trophy related to their loyalty...so you will need all 11 if you want to platinum in one playthrough. All your teammates must survive the suicide mission. The best advice I can give....talk to every teammate at every possible chance. Make sure to recruite all 11 teammates....and do all their loyalty missions. Also...watch out as there are two choices you must make that can lose the loyalty of two teammates. Max out your paragon/renegade karma....and make all upgrades to the Normandy. They made this edition much easier as they took out the requirement for playing on Insanity. If all you want is the platinum trophy, play on easy...if you want to 100% the collection, you need to play on Insanity. A lot of good trophy guides are out there that can help with the choices if you are really having troubles. Plus...I have my entire run on Insanity on KZbin here.

If you haven't received the trophy by Virmire, you missed a few missions. You have to do a majority of the missions by the time you reach Virmire. Unless it glitched on you for some reason

Have you reached Virmire yet? Virmire seems to be the cutoff point, if you haven't recieved the trophy by then...you didn't do enough missions. Sorry, just woke up after long days at work.

It may have glitched on you...this game is glitchy. Really glitchy. Make sure you can get it to show on one of your metal detectors, then keep trying. The game will reuse that map over and over...if it doesn't work in one, try the next time the map is reused. That is all I can think of, if it still doesn't work...I would try contacting the developers.

It isn't hard at all. Just be careful....as it is pretty glitchy. There is a track you can drive the tanks on...if you wanted to drive the tanks...but otherwise, no driving is required. All you do is repair, and rebuild tanks.

@@ibaad2000 I would say...keep doing side missions. I did 47 side missions, the trophy will unlock eventually

The Share factory software is not the best, nor do I have a computer to edit the video's on. I just hit the share button and use the Share factory software to try to do the best I can...with what I got.

I don't know, I would try another tank...or a Half-track. I think I remember the Half-track having two spots to place a machine gun. It is more likely the game is glitching on you. I couldn't go from the email to the excavation without the game crashing. I had to accept the excavation, leave the tablet/computer, change a part on the tank, open the tablet again, and go to the extraction. I think I said it before...I tried for several times before I was able to get it to work, on more then one tank.
