You should maybe conduct a test and allow Lawyers from other regions to work remote there. I applied from Pakistan and Law Clerk Declined my request because they are currently accepting US Attorneys Only.

Not really worth it from what ive looked at. The price for projects are grossly underestimated in that practictioners expect alot of work done for little pay.
