Yes, the hull is easily removable and has a silicone seal, so you may need to pull with some pressure the first time but the seal stays, so you don't need to re-glue it every time. I would not move either of them over, because it will torque roll the boat instantly. It already wants to twist to the right due to the nature of the beast. The weight on the port side is needed for self righting as well. You can re-locate the tray to the center, but that's more trouble than it's worth, because the CG is all off and you'll need to re-mount the motor further aft. That's why mine is still stock configuration.. hope that helps!

@ I did a wicked battery mod to my arrow 5, it’s in my part 3 video (I’ve been talking about this for ages ) but it’s like 32 mins long tho 😂 But trust me this battery mod is easy, it’s way more secure and will allow MUCH bigger packs!! Hopefully I’ll have it out tonight 😭

@scaleworksRC worse case you can put some fuel tubing or spacers in the shocks to lower it down. I am sure there is going to be a lot of finagling to get them fast and stable!

@@AddamsPlayground Thanks for that tip & the screws seem to give enough wiggle room to set it where it needs to be. Just FYI, the screws needed are button head 1.5 hex drive 2.5 x10mm screws, but you could use 12mm on the rear to being the axles down close to even. I'm gonna use tubing in the shock bottoms to limit the travel down, so she doesn't parachute or scrape the ground

For sure! I like doing these kinds of tests to sort out the false claims and finding the gem batteries. The 2 3S packs they sent me for the BJ24 are 5600mah rated at 120C with a 240C burst, so that will be interesting to see. The other packs(73mph) are 6200mah 100C with a 200C burst rating, so maybe we'll see 75mph out of the little cat..🤔

@ Yea the high c rating certainly helps. I see about a 2-3mph difference from my smc 250c drag packs to the smc 150c high cycle packs. Ya never know with c rating as there aren’t any independent fact checkers per se like the auto industry and companies can claim what they wish but there’s definitely a difference between the high and low rated packs. Looking forward to seeing those tested on your bj24!

Yeah that's crazy they used that particular servo.. I searched online and everywhere says 'discontinued' and out of stock. But, the Rlaarlo site has them for sale, so I'll probably just do that if I can't get this one to fit.
