You know history is a repeat when new videos show up from 11 years ago and most likely filmed before that .

Here we go. Just a little clue on how they did it. Stop with this creating mysteries about how ancient culture did it. It is just annoying and just prove how ignorant societies nowadays are about our past. Well, they definitely did not have "smart" phones! LOL kzbin.info/www/bejne/r6fZdoZqbLSXo7s
Quivira was prominent during the time of Chilaga and Norumbega.

This video, about making museum resources available to people with disabilities including those who are blind, has not been made accessible to the blind. Where text appears on the screen, a sighted user could of course take that in. A person who is blind would only hear a minute of music.

Let’s convince UNESCO. Jordan has another monument. It will be as important as Petra or even more. There are interesting ruins and reliefs on the Black Desert, dated 8,500 years old. They can only be seen from planes, drones, satellites and helicopters. Archaeologists don't exactly know nowadays what they represent. These ruins really represent embryos of several species in different stages of development and will be able to shed light on the origin of the human being and our planet. When it will be officially confirmed by biologists, this discovery will be a delight for the eyes, shed light to the origin of humanity. Activate the subtitles in English: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJrOh5mKl71lg9E It contains the documentation with the Jordanian authorities about this scientific and archaeological discovery

From the 15 statues on the platform (at 1:18), we should have found that all the statues on the island were built with cement by human fingers, not carved from natural stones, never moved around. These 15 statures are sitting on pedestals made of natural stones bound together with cement. Each pedestal is smaller than the statues. For the statues to survive high winds without being toppled, the stony pedestals must be pretty tall, reaching up to their chest. This will mean the statues were built by plastering cement concrete around the stony pedestals.

William the Conqueror’s feisty uncle has a cameo in the Song of Roland, as “Eudon, Lord of Brittany”. Eudon (c999-1079) sent 5000 men in 100 ships to support William’s invasion of England. They are the men with white shields on the Bayeux Tapestry. Their exploits are the subject of many heroic tales.

"The odd Malta skulls that are strangely elongated have a deformity (dolichocephalous) known to be at least 3000 BC, which is still - pathologically - very unique... ...I took a step forward, keeping close to the rock wall side. The person behind me, still holding on to my sash, was still in the tunnel. I held my candle higher and peered down into the abyss, thinking that with this dangerous drop it was better not to go on further without a guide. Then I saw about twenty persons of giant stature emerge from an opening deep below me. They were walking in single file along another narrow ledge down below. Their height I judged to be about twenty to twenty-five feet, since their heads came up about half way on the wall on the opposite side of the cave. They walked very slowly, taking long strides. Then they all stopped, turned and raised their heads in my direction. All simultaneously raised their arms and with their hands beckoned to me." messagetoeagle.com/maltalongheaded[DOT]php#.U7rxkyiGj8s

Have you watched the trailer for the February Video News from TAC? This month's episode features ALI's video of our trip to Guam. Guam, separated from main land by 1500 miles, saw its first human migrants roughly 3500 years ago. These colonists took part in the longest over-water migration in human history up to that point. Their cultural identity lives on despite centuries of colonialism, devastation in war and the influences of the modern global economy. After bridge construction reveals human burials in an ancient village site, the ALI film team explores the native culture and its people. Catch a preview of the trip right here! The trailer for the February Video News from TAC is now available! In this month's episode we share TAC's own film, Guam: The Ocean Oasis! Separated by 1500 miles from the nearest large land mass, Guam saw the first human migrants 3500 or more years ago. These colonists participated in the longest over-water migration in human history up to that point and became the native Chamorros of Guam and its sister islands. Their cultural identity lives on despite centuries of colonialism, devastation in war and the influences of the modern global economy. After bridge construction reveals human burials in an ancient village site, the ALI film team explores the native culture and its people. Have you watched the trailer for the January Video News from TAC? This episode features three interesting stories, starting with a trip to the Maritime Historic Trail. This trail in Biscayne Bay National Park allows visitors to explore a series of shipwrecks in the shallow Southeastern Florida waters. We then speak with Northern Paiute Elder Ralph Burns who shares with us, first in Paiute and then in English, the traditional story of Stone Mother, a tufa rock formation on the east side of Pyramid Lake in Nevada. Finally, we review the bombing in the night of November 24th, 1940 which destroyed the city center of Bristol, UK.Through a combination of oral history and archival footage, the meaning of a city transformed through conflict is captured. And watch the full episode on January, 15th!
