Thanks for clarifying that this is gentle for the spine! I will include them in my routines since I want to train my core in all different ways.

Yes. This simple stretch on the bed every hour at first then every two hours is what I was taught in PT. Can also do the same lordosis improvement standing next to wall with arms straight and putting pelvis toward wall. That little exhale at end is quite helpful too.

I started doing the exercises since yesterday, today it hurted more and I also can lift my arm less high than before. Is that normal for the beginning? I have high hopes in this exercise. My arm hurts till the fingers and other exercises and massage didnt help.

I’ve had these headaches since I was in my 20’s due to a car accident! I used to go to the chiropractor but sometimes made it worse and I’d leave crying in pain…

What if straightening your back hurts more? My back shifts to the left but sometimes it goes to the right and the pain is unbearable

ive been suffering from this for the past 14 years, constant headache and tinnitus on the left side of my head. when i do the neck push back the tinnitus scream goes mental then goes back to its mild whine when i relax. this just started on day when i quickly turned left to right dodging a wasp, went really dizzy and have been in pain every since

my posture is very bad so I recently got a lumbar pillow and while i usually am crouched like a shrimp, this pillow has me sat up straight I'm actually kinda fascinated how such a small thing can have an affect on your entire way of holding yourself up also thanks for the explanation!! I wasn't quite sure where to put the pillow when i got it so this really helped!

I noticed that my pain goes away after I eat, I thought I developed diabetes, checked with Doc, no, thanks god! I’ve not. NOW I realised that I actually eat in this position: straight back and the chin in.

Yes, I saw a neurologist and he concluded with this kind of headache. I wake up with them. Have had a difficult relationship with pillows for the past 20 years, never seem to find one that's right. Thinking of atarting to set my alarm earlier than I normally wake up so as to prevent the early morning neck pain to even start.. it feels like some sort of swelling and my neck is hard to move for the first 20 seconds or so. Often locked in a side position and often at 6 or 6:30. So I'll try getting up early... and seeking out a chiropractor.

I hope you see this, Sam. I want to thank you. I found one of your videos after I had a lateral shift in my back. Your exercise of leaning against the wall was the only thing that helped me move without pain. For the last few weeks I've been dealing with some shoulder pain, so I searched your videos and again, it was so very helpful. You've literally taken pain out of my life twice now. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and thank you again for helping a stranger on the internet <3
