With Bcom, you get exemptions upto 5 papers, probably the rest of the papers could be finished within 1.5-2yrs

Mam in chapter 2 one of the mcq which ill mention here: Which of the following are reasons for the audit profession issuing auditing standards? (i) To ensure consistency of audits across different firms. (ii) To provide bureaucracy for auditors. (iii) To ensure quality in the standards of audits performed. And the answer is only (i) and (iii). Why are we excluding the (ii) point mam? Providing the bureaucracy i.e, the rules and regulations is also a valid point right mam?
