How do you store if not using right away? Can you store in a jar? Is it best to put a moisture absorber package in jar?

hello! yes an airtight container/ glass jar works best. ALso moisture abosorber is also a god idea to extend shelf life. It also depends on the humidity levels where you live + introduction of moisture e.g. from hands to the dehydrated fruits when handling.
