Ingredients Thinly sliced pork loin wheat onion Paprika Garlic Tube Ginger tube Yakiniku sauce *you can substitute soy sauce and sugar for yakiniku sauce (焼肉のタレ)but to save some time and have more flavour and umami, I used Yakini sauce this time. How to( roughly) 1. Sprinkle wheat flour over the pork. 2. Cut the onions to break down the fibers. 3. Sauté the onions until they begin to soften. 4. Add the pork to the pan. 5. Toss with a suitable amount of yakiniku sauce. 6. Add ginger and garlic paste to taste. 7. Add paprika for color.
