I’d like to unlock specifically the unstabbed airchair, and basically nothing else, since I’d just like the move to be an addition to those of my own sport, calisthenics statics. What’s the route of skills to get to the unstabbed airchair?

@@EragonShadeslayer I just started to check my socials again and I also want to get back to bboying and acrobatics specially :)) I have to be honest I could do this move by first try. I am training now to get back to this level and i have to figure out why i was able to do it back than. Still to this day i havent seen anyone able to copy it but i am sure and also i would be happy other people can do it. I will try and upload what i can tell others to achieve this move :) !

@@EragonShadeslayer I do think it is mostly my hand and full flag balance which got me that move plus my thick lats and triceps😂 I just lay down on those muscles to be honest

@@Ostblock_Coaching nice. I love breakdance balance moves. They don’t get the appreciation they deserve in the calisthenics world. They are far harder than people think.

@@Ostblock_Coaching He is fine now but that was how he got fat in the first place. Still sad when you think about it because he was one of the up and coming back then and it just got derailed.

@@Ostblock_Coaching im not that good haha i can handstand for about 1 minute and progressed to one arm handstand with finger tips support (i dont really know whats the next step after that) and im also working on the air baby and one arm L sit so i have a lot more work to do
