The fairies are operated by the parks forestry and recreation, division of Toronto. The fairy boats are owned by the city of Toronto.

We where there during the height of the pandemic back in 2020... They where trying to (reopen) Niagara Falls for tourists... There was barely anyone there. I went with my family and we had everything to ourselves ! We where the only family in the Skylon Tower the day we went. Hard to believe right ? Only downer was some of the things there where closed... That Arcade was closed when we went.

Really good lift tour, and yuck with the sewerage balls. Wouldn’t be surprised if IKEA disguised their delicious meatballs with sewerage in it
