So you want to enter IPV4 not the whats my ip, ip. This was confusing me why you had us use ip config in comand prompt but we never used ipv4 ip, or maybe i just did it wrong but yeah use the ipv4 from ipconfig in cmd prmt. Other than that i was able to connect once i put in ipv4 and thanks a million!

anyone having trouble in 2025 with the server not connecting? dont change the IP to your private one, I tried just to try, and by default project zomboid gives you your IP :), just towards the end when he tells you to change the IP to the one you got from the website, just dont do that and leave it as is!. :) i got it up and running! thanks

This is actually lame but people dont realize all players in the server are not scav players, scav players spawn in contractors server at minutes 25 thru 15. Thing is when you wave you shouldn't do what these jake ashes did. I will personally do it only if the guy isnt responding with a mic and he is following. You could not have a mic but dont follow or you can have a mic talk and follow but when you fail to do both its a wrap😅 its like common sense.
