For your question, my favorite part of doing cakes is the génoise & chocolate ganache ☺️, the difficult thing is making roses from butter cream ☹️, i guess by practicing hundreds times i will make it 💪

Would not recommend since it gets really soft (wattery) at room temp. Check out the fruit ganache recipe (for macarons, but it's perfect for bonbons too) here on my channel.

Hello! Glad you like it 😊 Yes, it hardens in the fridge so it's best when you let it get a littler warmer.. I'll post the white chocolate version soon (the quantities and procesa ia different)
