For your question, my favorite part of doing cakes is the génoise & chocolate ganache ☺️, the difficult thing is making roses from butter cream ☹️, i guess by practicing hundreds times i will make it 💪

Would not recommend since it gets really soft (wattery) at room temp. Check out the fruit ganache recipe (for macarons, but it's perfect for bonbons too) here on my channel.
