Let's just appreciate how Alan Cumming was able to play this role so well. The fact that that he not only plays the lecturer but also functions as the story teller within the film is amazing. Plus the Opening number is epic.

Laugh… laugh all you want. Weren’t they quaint and silly back then Swap the word “reefer” with the word, “ gender” and it’s spot on today. Nothings changed not from 1930s and not from 1990s. Creepy conservative cretins using love for children as weapon

Fun fact: the real public enemy #1 mention probably was put in the original movie because Al Capone was still alive in prison when they had made the movie. Capone was the original public enemy #1 because of the amount of power he had over Chicago.

No puedo creer, igualmente respetable, quienes opinan que Gaby Spanic es mala Actriz. Es Excelente se le nota estudios y práctica. Para nada superficial. Y en La Usurpadora bajo la dirección de la Gran Actriz, y Directora la Señora Beatriz Sheridan. Q.E.P.D. Se confirma. No sólo es hermosa preciosidad, es muy talentosa.

A mi me llegó más al corazón Gaby Spanic. Hermosa Preciosidad. Como Paulina Martínez Paola Bracho II: La Usurpadora: Paulina Bracho, que Paola Bracho: Gaby Spanic. Personalmente me gustó más, fue una heroína. Y fue un personaje más difícil de desarrollar que el de Paola Bracho. Me impactó mucho la cremación de Paola Bracho.
