MY 85 Aspencade 1200GL now has the same issue since I flushed the clutch (fully emptied/drained it then flushed then refilled). Bled it at the banjo bolt and slave cylinder and it's getting better. I just have to take the time and fully bleed it again. Mine creeps in gear though lol.

hey terry nobody is criticizing ya to bad mouth ya but instead to help develop the best outcome possible. I know guys that have been tinkering with the same stove for months and some for years to develop it better and better. what proxy tried to say but didn't explain why is that if you use your feed tube as your air intake as well then by welding a shelf in-between that your wood can sit on will improve your burn. honestly if ya try it you will see a dramatic difference. it will allow the air to rush in under the fire and feed up through it. that's why when someone builds a self feeding stove with the feed tube on a 45° angle then weld a grate in the chimney so the wood can't drop to the bottom. that's so air can come up through it. I'm not being negative but what you had there is simply a camp fire burning in a pipe. when you tossed that grate up on top it had a leave on it. a rocket stove would have incinerated that leaf almost instantly. I have re-designed mine about 6 times now and still not quit happy with it. what you have could be totally functional with a few modifications.
@terryclotf3 жыл бұрын
okay. however i don't care about all that. i made a big one so i could cook steaks and it works perfect for that. it is supposed to be big. hell anyone can copy others have you seen any like mine???? but thanks for the input.
@jeffreygerber77713 жыл бұрын
@@terryclotf ok bud I got ya you were just going for a visual effect and I'll give that to you It is big and your happy with that. But its a shame you say you don't care about the SCIENCE behind a rocket stove. I myself am fascinated by how one works. with a true rocket stove and just 3 or 4, 1/2" diameter sticks and it would produce 2 maybe 3 times the heat that your big fire is putting out. in-fact the amount of wood your burning in you video could keep a family warm fort a whole week in a 3rd would country. I mean sure I would drop a 454 or 460 in an old sears tractor and get it to run, but if a Kawasaki KX60 would beat it in a 1/4 mile at the track what's the point. and its not just copying others its actually trying to get one to work. which is not as easy as you may think because it is science.

Too bad... FCA just recalled these fans, replacing them for free. From ABC News: "Fiat Chrysler is recalling over 110,000 vans in North America because cooling fan motors can overheat and cause fires. The recall covers certain Ram ProMaster vans with air conditioning from 2015 through 2018. FCA says in documents filed with U.S. regulators that fans can seize, and a circuit breaker may not stop them from overheating. That could cause fires."
